Shipping Destinations

We are currently only able to ship to UK addresses. We are working to expand our shipping area! Do check back in the coming months to see if we’ve expanded our delivery to your area.

Postage Charges

We ship all standard orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery. The flat rate fee for all UK destinations is £4.95, with Free Shipping on all orders over  £50. For orders over 10kg, additional shipping charges may apply. We will notify you promptly via email if this is the case.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 business days. Particularly during busy times of the year it may be closer to 48 – 72 hours. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service begins once the order has been picked up from the museum, not from the moment you place your order. As a standard, please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to arrive.

Times stated for delivery are all approximate and are subject to change without notice. We cannot be held responsible to any delays in shipping due to postal services. Please email info@trimontium.co.uk if you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping of your order. Please allow a few extra days prior to reaching out to us if your order is taking longer than the approximate times stated here.

Christmas Post Cutoff Dates

For all UK Destinations: Please place your orders by midnight on December 17th for delivery by Christmas Day. As stated above, this should have your items to you by Christmas but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Missing Shipments

Although very rare, missing packages can occur. If your order does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of the orders initial estimated arrival time. After this 30 day time period we are unable to issue any replacement orders free of charge.

Additional Enquiries

If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping please email info@trimontium.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist you.

We Thank You!

Thank you very much for your order and support of the Museum. Every purchase goes to support the Trimontium Museum Trust and our work to preserve this integral part of Scotland’s rich history.
