Returns & Refunds Policy

We value our customers very much and wish for you to love your purchases and have the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact info@trimontium.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your items. If there is an error or damage to your order please include a photo with your email in order to illustrate the issue. We handle returns on an individual basis and will reach out to you with the necessary info for any returns, replacements, or refunds. We cannot accept returns that are sent without corresponding with the museum and being given the necessary instructions prior to returning your item.

Please note: We are unfortunately unable to accept earrings for returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene unless there was damage when you received them.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order please email info@trimontium.co.uk as soon as possible and our team will make the necessary changes to your order. Please note however, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been dispatched.

Accepting Your Order

On the rare occasion it may happen that we are unable to accept your order due to items being out of stock or other unexpected limitations on our resources. If this is the case, we will promptly reach out to you via the contact details you provided to notify you of the situation and either issue a refund or provide an alternative solution that is suitable to you.
