Our March Trimontium Talk is focused on the Imperial Roman Helmet and you won’t want to miss it!

A universally recognisable symbol of Roman power, the helmet has a long and fascinating history, its origins going far back before the first emperors. Burandt’s study of the Roman legionary helmet is a masterclass in investigation of this essential piece of equipment.
